Tumble Wumble Cat Toys Inc. ships to customers in Canada and the United States through our fulfillment network.
We want the only surprise in your order to be how determined your cat becomes to take it down.
Shipping
Orders are processed and fulfilled after payment has been successfully completed.
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout.
Inventory intended for Canadian and U.S. customers is generally fulfilled within the applicable country. Customers should not ordinarily be charged additional customs duties or brokerage fees on domestic shipments. If an order is ever fulfilled across an international border, any applicable charges will be disclosed or handled according to the shipping terms presented at checkout.
Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned because the address supplied was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact info@tumblewumble.com immediately. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
Lost or missing packages
If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us at info@tumblewumble.com.
We will first investigate the delivery with the carrier or fulfillment provider. If the investigation confirms that the shipment was not properly delivered or has been lost, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Returns
We accept eligible returns within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Because Tumble Wumble products are pet toys, returns for change of mind are accepted only when the product is:
unused;
unopened;
in its original packaging; and
in resalable condition.
Used or opened pet toys cannot be returned for change of mind for hygiene and safety reasons.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Tumble Wumble Cat Toys Inc.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly.
We may request photographs or video showing the product, packaging, defect, or shipping damage so that we can assess the issue.
For an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect order, Tumble Wumble will cover reasonable return shipping costs and you may choose between:
a replacement product; or a refund to your original payment method.
Refund timing
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
Final-sale items
The following are final sale unless defective, damaged, or incorrect:
sale items, clearance items, limited-edition items, promotional products, and gift cards.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it may no longer be possible to change or cancel it.

Products
Tumble Wumble products are pet toys intended for cats.
They are not children's toys.
Adult supervision is recommended during play regardless of a cat's age, size, or temperament.
Inspect the toy regularly and discontinue use immediately if it becomes cracked, damaged, excessively worn, fails to close securely, or exposes an internal component.
Do not allow pets or children to ingest any portion of the product.
Internal components
Certain Tumble Wumble products contain an internal stainless-steel ball forming part of the self-righting mechanism and a replaceable catnip sachet.
The steel ball is designed to remain secured inside the toy and must not be removed.
Removing the steel ball may damage its internal retention mechanism and may cause the product to become unsafe or defective.
If the ball becomes loose, the housing is damaged, or the locking mechanism no longer closes securely, stop using the toy immediately and keep it away from pets and children.
Small internal components may present a choking hazard if released from a damaged product.
Catnip replacement
Where a product is designed to allow catnip replacement, follow the opening and closing instructions provided with the product.
After replacing the sachet, ensure that the product is fully and securely locked before returning it to your cat.
Do not insert objects that prevent the toy from closing properly.
Product testing and representations
Tumble Wumble does not make claims beyond those supported by the information reasonably available to us.
Certain materials used in our products may have supplier testing or documentation relating to their suitability for pet-product applications.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, this should not be interpreted as independent certification of the finished Tumble Wumble product by Tumble Wumble Cat Toys Inc.
Assumption of responsibility
Pet behaviour is unpredictable, and no pet toy is indestructible.
Tumble Wumble Cat Toys Inc. is not responsible for injury, loss, or property damage resulting from misuse, lack of appropriate supervision, intentional modification, removal of internal components, continued use of a visibly damaged product, or use contrary to product instructions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
Orders and payment
Prices, available payment methods, taxes, and shipping charges are displayed through the checkout process.
We may accept payment methods including major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other payment options made available through our checkout providers.

Reviews and submitted content

Social media hashtags

Is a Tumble Wumble suitable for all cats?
Tumble Wumble toys are intended for cats generally.
Cats have wildly different personalities, play styles and levels of determination, so supervise play regardless of your cat's age or size.
Is this a children's toy?
No.
Tumble Wumble products are pet toys and are not intended for children.
The toy contains internal components, including a stainless-steel ball and catnip sachet. If the product becomes damaged and an internal component becomes accessible, it may present a choking hazard.
Keep damaged toys and loose components away from children and pets.
What's inside a Tumble Wumble?
Inside you'll find two important things:
A stainless-steel ball that forms part of the weighted self-righting mechanism.
A 100% catnip sachet to make the situation considerably more interesting for the cat.
The steel ball stays put. The catnip gets refreshed.
Can I remove the steel ball?
No. Please don't.
The steel ball is snapped into its internal housing and is part of the toy's self-righting mechanism.
Removing it can damage or loosen that housing and may make the toy unsafe.
If the steel ball ever becomes loose on its own, stop using the toy immediately.
How do I replace the catnip?
Twist the toy open according to its instructions, remove the existing catnip sachet, place the replacement sachet inside, and securely twist and lock the toy closed again.
Before handing your fighter back to the boss of the house, make sure the toy is completely closed and locked.
Never use a sachet so large or bulky that it interferes with proper closure.
Can I buy replacement catnip sachets?
Tumble Wumble refill packs are coming.
Until then, you may use a similarly sized commercially available 100% catnip sachet, provided it fits comfortably inside the compartment and does not interfere with the locking mechanism.
My cat isn't reacting to the catnip. Is something wrong?
Probably not.
Not every cat responds strongly to catnip. Some become wildly playful, some become relaxed, and some look at it with the emotional investment of an accountant reviewing a parking receipt.
You can try refreshing the sachet with new catnip.
If you'd like to enhance the scent externally, use only a pet-formulated catnip spray specifically labeled as safe for cats, and follow the manufacturer's directions. Do not use concentrated essential oils on the toy or your cat.
Can I put catnip spray on my Tumble Wumble?
A cat-safe, pet-formulated catnip spray may be used on the exterior if its manufacturer specifically labels it for that purpose.
A light application to the upper portion of the toy may help increase scent interest for some cats.
Do not use concentrated essential oils or products that are not specifically intended for cats.
What happens if my Tumble Wumble gets damaged?
Retire the fighter.
Stop using the toy immediately if:
the shell cracks, the twist-lock mechanism stops working properly, the steel ball becomes loose, an internal component becomes accessible, or any piece can be unintentionally removed.
No pet toy lasts forever. Inspect your Tumble Wumble regularly and replace it when it has reached the end of its fighting career.
And conveniently, we keep making new characters. 😏

What currency will I pay in?
Canadian customers can shop in Canadian dollars (CAD) and U.S. customers can shop in U.S. dollars (USD) when the applicable market and checkout settings are enabled.

Can I return my Tumble Wumble?
For a change-of-mind return, the toy must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and the return must be requested within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Once your cat has entered the ring, the bout has begun.
Used pet toys cannot be returned for change of mind.
We may ask you for photographs or a short video so we can see what happened.
For an approved defective, damaged, or incorrect order, we'll cover return shipping and you can choose between a replacement or refund.
